Appointments at Mediworks Rejuvenation Centre and Drip Lounge in South Surrey, BC

1- All new patients to our clinic are required to have a short office visit with one of our Naturopathic physicians. This visit is approximately 15 minutes and costs $25. If you have any major medical issues you may be required to have a longer visit with a Naturopathic physician to do a thorough health assessment – this visit can be up to 45 minutes and costs $175. Please call the office 604-630-5813 to book an appointment.

2- All patients wanting to book IV therapy must have a booked appointment. We are unable to accept walk-in patients at this time. Please call the office 604-630-5813 as the bookings need to be coordinated with the doctor’s schedules.

3- All patients must fill out the COVID-19 self-assessment 24 hours before coming to our office. Please screen shot your result with a date and time stamp on your phone to show us at the front door. bc.thrive.health/covid19/en. If you don’t pass you can’t come to our clinic.

4- When you come to our clinic the front door is locked. Please wear a mask – if you don’t have one you can purchase one from us for $2. You will be greeted by a staff member dressed in PPE who will let you in, take your temperature and direct you to the hand sanitizer. Next stop is our vitals station for blood pressure and heart rate (which is sanitized between each patient) and then you will be directed to a seat which is placed 6 feet away from any other chair.

5- IV staff will be in full PPE to help get your IV treatment under way. Movement in the clinic will be limited, so please make sure you use the washroom (sanitized multiple times through the day) prior to sitting down.

6- Payment at the front desk will be by credit card or debit to help minimize touch and contact. The POS machine is wiped before each use and we have plexiglass barriers to keep our staff and patients safe.

7- We have a designated exit door at the back of the clinic to help ease congestion

Physical distancing: come alone, 5 minutes before your appointment, leave your friends and kids at home, and be respectful of how close you stand to someone else when waiting. We will guide you through the patient flow and soon you’ll be very familiar with it.

If you feel sick at all, just cancel regardless if you tested negative when the screen was completed, no cancellation fees apply at this time. We will cancel too if we wake up and don’t pass the COVID-19 self-assessment screen. These screens are the new normal for in-person health care, we all need to get used to this procedure so please do the self-assessment screen 24 hours before your appointment, you can’t see us unless you do! Screen, screen, screen!
