Testosterone Replacement Therapy in Surrey BC

Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) is a medical treatment that is prescribed to men with low testosterone levels. The therapy helps to increase the testosterone levels in men and can be administered through different methods such as injections, patches, gels, and pellets. TRT is often recommended for those who have low testosterone due to aging or other medical conditions. It is a safe and effective way to improve symptoms associated with low testosterone levels.

• Annual Cost: $1,000/year (divided into 2 payments)

• Initial Evaluation: $350. This includes the initial set of bloodwork and consultation with Dr. Birpal Pannu. (a copay charge of $198 is payable at Lifelabs). Payment is due prior to the lab requisition being emailed. Follow-up appointment is scheduled 1-2 weeks after receiving the lab results.

• TRT Prescription: If you’re a candidate for TRT, you’ll be prescribed the appropriate dose and form of testosterone during your follow-up appointment. The cost of the prescription is not part of the TRT program. Most extended health providers cover the prescription.

• Remaining Payment: If Dr. Birpal Pannu determines that you are an eligible candidate for TRT and you have received a prescription, you will be responsible for paying the remaining balance of $650.

• Annual renewal: $1000 is due if you would like to continue the TRT program.

• Not Reimbursable: Please note that our TRT program is not eligible for reimbursement through extended health insurance.
