Dr. Prinsloo designs and oversees the Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) program, ensuring its high quality and accessibility. Settling in Vancouver, he immersed himself in primary care and walk-in clinics, where he recognized the imperative to shift focus from treating established diseases to optimizing overall health.

• Annual Cost: $1,000/year (divided into 2 payments)

• Initial Evaluation: $350. This includes the initial set of bloodwork and consultation with Dr. Prinsloo or Dr. Browning. (a copay charge of $198 is payable at Lifelabs). Payment is due prior to the lab requisition being emailed. Follow-up appointment is scheduled 1-2 weeks after receiving the lab results.

• TRT Prescription: If you’re a candidate for TRT, you’ll be prescribed the appropriate dose and form of testosterone during your follow-up appointment. The cost of the prescription is not part of the TRT program. Most extended health providers cover the prescription.

• Remaining Payment: If Dr. Prinsloo or Dr. Browning determines that you’re a candidate for TRT, and you receive a prescription, you will be responsible for paying the remaining balance of $650.

• Annual renewal: $1000 is due if you would like to continue the TRT program.

• Not Reimbursable: Please note that our TRT program is not eligible for reimbursement through extended health insurance.
